Make whatever promises to your current motor carrier you have to to keep your job. With this fresh on your record most motor carriers will not touch your resume for at least a year if not longer.

You may have a clean MVR but your PSP is showing 15 over speeding. Big truck insurance companies will tell them not to hire you.
