In-N-Out Burger, Baldwin Park, CA

Been eating there for 32 years and stop whenever I am in the area,

 

I know most of us here aren't real big on media BS ..But the CBS News show Sunday Morning did a really nice exposé....on them while back im sure y'all serious internet types could go to CBS. interweb page&find it somehow......

 

They make an honest burger, a decent shake, and treat their employees well, but...

they only accept cash
their fries suck
they put scripture on everything

Their fingers never touch the straw -- that's why they leave the paper on the part they touched (which also covers the hole until you pull it off to drink)

 

Shows how long it has been since I tried... You're right, they started accepting visa/mc in 2006

 

I know, but I like to be a little drama queen once in a while.

 

Sadly there aren't any In-N-Out Burger joints here in the Northeast that I'm aware of. The closest we have to that is Fuddruckers and/or Portillo's Hot Dogs,both of which make great hamburgers.

 

No In-N-Out anywhere close to the Northeast. It was a big deal in the food world when they announced a DC opening in Dallas.

Hell, I was excited more than an average person should be when I learned that Sonic was coming to the NE/Mid-Atlantic.

Up until a few years ago the closest Sonic from where I was over 800 miles away in Virginia or Tennessee.

 

The person who owns In N Out Burger is the only grandchild of the founders and it is said she is worth in the several billions.
