    There's plenty of that already happening.. trucks over due on PM's , Loves account being blocked and having to wait for comm check... Using spare tires from trailers on trucks

    We’re still buying a batch of new trucks every year. I moved into one last November. The driver I brought over from a previous company, who runs out of Clovis, moved into one of the Kenworths. Every time I’m at Winter Haven, it seems like there’s a dozen or so new ones around back waiting for license plates to come in. I’m not sure how often they buy trailers, but I know they bought several in the Summer of 2023, because I’m the one who shuttled the old trade-offs to a storage lot in Ocala back to back over the course of a two-day period.

    They have been losing customers that I see daily. If they don't pull up soon a bunch of drivers will dip out.

    Keep ####ing up is mostly what I'm told . Always late, or just don't show up. One IRT driver showed up looking like a neanderthal in Velcro sandals . Stopped a whole drive way just to ask where to check in even though he drove right past the sign.

    What all pay cuts did they just issue , they send out an email or something? I thought I was doing bad but #### I feel sorry for IRT drivers .
