I m not sure about training, but they do have a terminal up in Allentown off US 22. You may check their website or call them to see

training is 270 hours, they will try to get you off the truck sooner, dont do it. Dont get off the truck till you feel you are comfortable.

Generally 6-7 weeks is what you can expect. Mine was 7 weeks.

Expect to do your year, get some experience and then move on.

My advice, do NOT go OTR fresh out of training. Get on dedicated account that has the same stops every day and get familiar with everything and learn the ropes. You'll make more money on a dedicated account than you will OTR with Werner. Plus you get two days off a week.

If you are experienced, go look at an LTL company. Home daily and paid hourly.

Werner doesn't hold its dispatchers responsible for their personal behavior, so there is no reason to work for them unless you are trying to gain experience or want to team.

The only division with decent people is the team division.
