    Coming off hometime of 4 days, they give you a live load that takes 19 hours backed up to a dock instead of a drop and hook to get you going sooner. It's not like you need to nurse your hours along....

    Hell, just bring up religion or politics on the CB or lunch counter.

    Or let a driver be flat broke, and think they have enough points on a rewards card, and they don t .

    Or get behind a foreign person try to check in or check out, and cannot speak or comprehend English lol

    Old time truckers......simply the word "AUTOMATIC"

    I've chatted with many an older retired truckers picking their brains about life and such on the road as I prepare to embark on this journey and one thing they all universally hate? Automatic trucks. LOL. Don;t even say the word around them. Seriously.
