International 9400I Engine Codes

1997 IH 9400, 3406E Caterpillar. Truck was parked for about 5 or 6 years. Engine cranks over good, and fires on ether. (Actually sounds good running for a few seconds on the ether). Took the injectors out to see if the fuel rail was all gummed up. Was actually pretty clean, but the O-rings on the injectors were crumbly.
Cleaned them up, replaced O-rings, replaced injector sleeves and new O-rings there as well. Put the fuel line going to the primary filter in a bucket of clean fuel, and return line in an empty bucket. Attached fuel
pressure gauge, and cranking it shows 55 lbs. pressure. Fire it off on ether, and it reads over 100 lbs. pressure. I'm thinking with the length of time the truck sat, (in Arkansas) that it could have easily been struck by lightning and the ECM is fried. Get two sequences of flashes from a check engine lamp (yellow) on the
dash, in a strip above the ignition switch. Have not been able to find out what a blink code (55) would be related to. I'm thinking putting a (known to be good) ECM on it might be the best thing to try.
