News flash… you’re being spied on.. your phone calls can be listened too… they can and will put listening devices in your car, home, office and have people video you doing wrong with something like a camera on a watch to incriminate your wrong doing…

News flash. You can disable most of that. And just because the NSA does it doesn't mean I will allow anyone else to, especially when this #### is 2 feet away from your face and you are literally training narrow AI to do your job. You should go ahead and look into the mental health effects of these inward facing cabs. If it doesn't bother you, it just means you're a bootlicker.

I know a guy who went to prison.. got busted by a “friend” who had a camera video/audio on a watch the cops had him set up and got him 10 years in prison. Just saying they are watching you. Unless you go off grid, but be sure to pay your property tax or they’ll show you who it really belongs too.

I covered my inward facing cameras permanently on my last 2 units..nothing ever said. Guess it depends on employer,,only 1000 trucks in our fleet.

I am not worried about it. People who want to live in China deserve to see what it feels like. Doesn't mean I would drive for any dumb dumb that needs to sit behind a computer tracking and performing surveillance on everyone. Again, congratulations on just going along and being jobless in 2 years.

News flash. There are plenty of companies around who have no inward facing cameras so if a driver doesn’t want an inward facing camera they should probably seek out a company who doesn’t have them instead of choosing to go to work at a place that does and then complain when they get caught doing stuff they shouldn’t do.

I knew one. His camera always broke at the beginning of every trip. Internal short circuit.

This is not a derate "for now". Like the new electronic mirrors... They should make a derate if broken and a crane is mandatory until a replacement on the dealer.

News flash. There won't be any driving jobs in 2 to 3 years.

Yeah, it's just a coincidence that the newbies are CONVINCED robot trucks will put truck drivers out of business soon. It's because they don't remember the last 40 pay for print stories by tech bros on web sites claiming that ABC Trucking is 5 years away from replacing all of their trucks with robot trucks IN 1998. People with connection to reality only through the internet believe everything they read online. EVERYTHING.
