So i got rid of my samsung galaxy 3, and went with an iPhone7s....now, when my headset is connected ( most all the time), its a blue parrot b350 xt, the phone wont ring thru the phone, just the headset. Any work around? Or am i going back to an android where the phone would ring while the bt is connected?

Make sure your phone is not set to silent and your ringer is turned all the way up.

    MidWest_MacDaddy Thanks this.

What made you switch in the first place?

Is the phone ringing when you turn the bluetooth off?

I have that same set up. It works just fine. Maybe your problem is in the settings?

    Apple has great customer service!
If you can’t get it to work, just give them a call and they would be glad to help you out... especially on a new iPhone... you have like 90 days free support... unless you bought the AppleCare for the iPhone.

I use the Apple AirPods and love them.

Do you keep the bt on and connected all the time? Or do you turn it on when phone rings?
