yes they do. theres a office where the docks are. it doesnt matter what you have. fast, enhance, nexus, etc. if they hand you that pink slip then your going into office.

Keep in mind Canada will check and find out if you've ever had a DWI. If you have you'll have to pay big bucks to get a pardon before they will let you in. (Actually I think they call it something else now.)
