I have occasional migraines
The thing that works for me is,
Take:
2 aspirin, 2 Advil, and 2 Tylenol , and wash it down with at least 12 ounces of coke or Dr Pepper, and take a nap.
when I wake up an hour later , the pain is gone.
I’ve tried lots of prescription meds and this works better than any prescription meds I’ve tried.
and the migraine isn’t a disqualification
The medicine that’s taken for it might be though.
Is migraine an automatic disqualification?

Since I started taking that liquid, get a good nights sleep.Solo Soul Thanks this. -
Migraines are not a disqualifying condition. The drug one takes for it *could* be. I suffer with them. I take Imitrex. It works for me and it isn’t a narcotic. The down side is it has a nasty chest pain side effect (at least for me).
p.s. I wouldn’t wish a migraine on anyone. When I have one I have to go to a complete black out condition with absolute silence. Any light or noise is almost unbearable.Last edited: Jul 8, 2021

I had a driver who had migraines, she could not work legally with the amount of pain and problems they caused so she left.
The problem is this, migraines can stop someone from doing anything for 8 to 10 hours, they can be bad and if they are trying to do a job this increases risks of an accident if someone is trying to drive.
It should be a disqualificating issue.ncmickey, rabbiporkchop and ibcalm19 Thank this. -

I know 2 women with migraines. Their meds are pretty powerful stuff. No way they can even drive normal vehicles
