    I'm a company driver. I'm not assuming a thing.
I just know where the money is. Brand new drivers in expedited side make just as much as I do

New drivers with little to no experience will make six figures easy in their first year on kllm expedited

Where can a new drivers see that type of money on at Schneider?

Let's see if he can get accepted by "kill 'em"...& get started off in expedited with the same cpm as you -- & then we'll talk (otherwise, it's "cart b4 the horse").....

If/when the other fleets decline you for that whopper speeding ticket -- then try Schneider; they may actually hire you, anyway....

I was at .60/mile with Schneider back in 2014. Dunno about their pay now.

They told me because of my ticket I’m not eligible.

Keep a clean driving record....get out & look as much as you need to, etc....& while you're at Schneider -- drive/learn more than just one type of freight; diversifying your available skill sets with different trailer types (all while maintaining a clean safety record) will later make you a MUCH MORE DESIRABLE driver candidate...for those high-paying (yet very competitive) trucking jobs:
    • hazmat tanker
    • the private fleets (Love's, Walmart)
    • other specialized freight

Depending on where your Schneider home terminal is...you might have access to opportunities with:
    • flatbed
    • conestoga/curtain side
    • tanker
    • reefer
    • intermodal
    • other dedicated accounts (e.g., Home Depot, Walmart)
Best of luck -- do keep the rest of us posted here with how things go!

I almost took that account with Schneider, sounded easy, but I would expect to make at least 20% less than "top earners"
