Well..I will say it’s a little late to learn this now.
Those straps and chains do no good in your headache rack.

Some tie loads down completely different,

Was no others loading nearby you could’ve watched tie one down..?

This is a tough scenario to really understand who’s at fault. If the load shifted and caused the rollover I would put the blame on the trainer, but if driver was going to fast obviously that’s a different story. That being said, that’s an awful load to be learning on. Top heavy and easy to shift.

First thing is you need to learn how to drive a big truck, not drive like your driving a taxi cab.

If CR England or Swift won’t hire you I’d say your about sunk for a while anyway regardless who was at fault.

Lazy Trainer + Inexperienced Driver = Accident.

Trucking isn’t rocket science, but it is common sense and caution.
Thankful that nobody was hurt or killed.
If you want to drive Class A for a living start looking for B class jobs and build a history of safe commercial driving.
    Best of Luck

Two things here. The load was not secured properly. You were going too fast for the roadway.
I understand you were terminated for this, and to some extent, that is as it should be. The real problem has not been addressed, in that the trainer should also be terminated. They allowed this situation to happen.

I agree! He was on a lease purchase agreement and got a newer truck.
