Not trying to be rude, but did you go through a securement course before you started pulling flats?
This load will somehow hold together until you get to the scale in Cali and then blow apart all over the scale.
Yes, more straps for sure and redoing some that have been poorly placed.

singlescrewshaker, Ruthless and TravR1 Thank this.

Throw straps till there's no doubt in your mind that #### ain't going nowhere. If you have doubts it's not tied down good enough yet, that's my opinion.

A few more straps. I like to get them close to the dunnage or fillets on stacks like those.

Check sharpness on any edge the straps are touching - may need more protection.

It’s definitely sketchy but I’ve seen worse going down the road.

I am definitely worried about that dunnage walking out though. Hopefully that doesn’t happen.

I think maybe the loader was at the end of his shift and ready to go home. They easily could have cut that front stack in half and staggered some of it across the rest of the load.

I’d leave the straps going through the middle. The straps over the top need to be near the dunnage (red lines in photos), the back pallet should get two straps (just because the rear of the trailer rides rough and you can’t see that pallet in your mirror), the pieces on top need two straps because they are over 5 feet long.

    You're not being rude. Lol

I'm just new. Haven't had a problem yet. This one has me a bit worried.
Well I appreciate the help. It's been a long day for me too. Glad I asked first. Still fixing it.

Your straps weigh the same in the box as they do on the load. If you have a doubt, put a couple more on.
    Good luck
