Shower shoes yes. But leave your towel at home. All truck stop showers give you clean towels. Besides, a towel takes up space that is precious. And where are you going to dry it? Just use the ones at the showers.

Pack theraflus, tums, advil or tylenol, antiseptic ointment and bandaids different sizes and peroxide you never know when your going to get hurt or some food to make you sick. It happens all the time. Once you cut your finger open and you can take care of it you will remember this advice.
