Lately I've been seeing tractors and trailers with, what looks to be, brand new YELLOW decals. What's up with that?

Corporate rebranding. If you look closely at them you will see operated by on the door and it is one of their many subsidiary companies. Have seen them already with the Yellow logo and operated by New Penn, Holland and YRC Freight.

Just what a near bankrupt company needs to be spending time and effort in, a rebranding. Makes a lot of sense to me. Not!

They just changed their name as well as their stock ticker symbol. What used to be listed as "YRCW" is now "YELL" which I think is pretty funny. YRC Worldwide is now Yellow Corp. Everything else is the same.

Yeah I have yet to see a decent looking YRC trailer lol I remember Yellow before they merged and their equipment was the same way. Ratty old volvos. I remember them running the White road bosses when I was a kid in the late 90's lol

Yellow was broken off from YRC. Roadway was sold to UPS. Yellow took a $700 million loan from the government which means they will probably go bankrupt in the next 3 to 4 years. For anybody who wants to argue about it that’s OK because I told everybody three months before Consolidated Freightways bankruptcy that they were going bankrupt and closing the doors. It’s going to happen again.
