No problemo! I'll be parked in the median of I-40 taking my 10 if anyone needs me.

 

Is that you at the 10:40 mark sleeping out in the median? LOL

Whats the general 20 on that? No im not looking for parking, i drive a day cab and park at my own place. Im just curious what area your seeing the trucks. I rolled out 222 around 0800 and there was nothing in the diner across from speedway, and speedway only had a blue volvo who got his bumper half ripped off. He was sitting in the exit... cops there directing traffic. But even last night, i seen the typical trucks on 183 parked, up at midway was a dead lot....

 

Good for them. Do you really have nothing better to do? Are you a trucker or a cop?

 

Same here. Fuel, and coffee, other than that no worries about finding parking. Shower @ terminal. Fuel @ terminal in between loads. Leave Monday morning 7am back home by 18:00 Friday. Dedicated route same 3 stores every week. 5000 Miles in 4 1/2 days. I truly feel blessed to have this job. Life is good. All that aside I do feel bad for the ones that have to deal with it. Most companies are, or going regional. If you want long haul miles, teams are going to be the only way to get them. Maybe not the case for all. That's my 2 cents

 

I'm thinking about putting the elog sticker on the truck. Just for a good laugh.
