    Back in the 70's and 80's this was the norm in East Texas & West Louisiana until they started fining the sawmills for accepting these loads.

    Same in my area,,we'd roll in at 160,000,,the extra 20K was serious bonus for the truck owners.,,we did have a 10K lb grace during winter months for accumulated snow and ice
