The trade off is drop and hook both ends, generally no waiting just turn and burn. Out 4 home 3 for 1000. Relay is the lowest paid but gets pretty much a set schedule with real regular home time. 40 hours of driving for 1000 is what..25 bucks an hour?

Otr team and solo pays more but Kingman based solos generally only get California/Nevada...day to deliver...day to pickup...day to get back...it's hard to put together realistic miles unless you never go home.

@Kamkor Good information you gave about that company. That's the kind of stuff that makes this site work well.

I here they are really needing drivers now and pay over 50 cpm.
also heard they are going to start trying a training program for students right out of school.
Termial near me in Edinburg is very driver friendly.

No idea. Haven't been there in 3 years.

Their website has updated pay looks like they have added longevity raises.

Just remember when they say full-time seniority that means you have to hit a certain Target amount of Miles every 4 weeks or else you become a casual employee. And sometimes that's out of your control.

Their pay is on their web site, though not sure if it has been raised.
I know guys that work there and none have any problem getting the miles for full time status as long as they are willing to stay out 5 days a week.
I believe full time status is 9500 miles a month and most get well over that.

Best company I ever worked for. They know how to manage drivers to be more productive better than any company I've ran for. I teamed with my wife there. We only left to quit running otr. They would be my first call if I was going back to a company driver position.
