Well I wish you the best of luck, hopefully they'll let you sign on solo! So first off, since you live in Massachusetts, you will have orientation at the Columbus, Ohio terminal like I did, but even my trip there from Atlantic City, New Jersey (where I live near) was 14 hours too long.. A trip out there from, say, Boston, would probably be at least 20 hours. Yuck. Umm worst paycheck grossed somewhere in the lower 400 range.. Highest was almost 1400. Plenty of miles here, usually ranges between 2300 to 3000 miles a week. They pay practical miles, I think it might be zip to zip?? Not sure to be honest.. Right now I'm on a 824 mile trip from Clayton, NJ to Wheeling, IL and they're paying me 24 deadhead miles from my home time & 790 for loaded miles. That should give you a perspective of the mileage pay. Starting pay is .36 cpm for all miles

Just got the call today. They're flying me to Minnesota. I was shocked as I thought I would have to take a bus.

Can't imagine that they keep a driver at 36 cents a mile with a half a penny every 6 months.
