Going ten rounds with Ali in his prime is better than working at Werner...

Dang leaving out of schugel....where did all the others go?

Anyways. I completed training in Baltimore for QC 2 weeks ago. They reimbursed me for the trip has and tolls were 443$ every penny was reimbursed. The union contract says they have to do my twic 128$ so they did. Renewing my passport and they'll have to cover that.

Let's see I finished up with my trainer. Got some good surge experience. He told me I was his top student he had and that he would reccomend me to train If I ever eanted too.

Anyways, Im officially in the teamsters. The benefits don't kick in until October due to their quartly 3 month have to work 36 days in 3 months to get them. I just missed the cut. Benefits are top of the line Co-Pays only. 1,000 in first check out of $3,000. Got my truck a 2013 automatic Mack I know but it's so nice loaded leather enterior with a pump and hoses. I didn't get paid ANY miles, no sleeping in the truck all local hourly rate pay and grossed no less then 975.

Here's how I get paid. Pre trip, fueling, post trip is 17.41 per hour so you have to chop that up. Mileage is .4365 and no detention at all. every minute up to each other is 17.41 per hour. 43$ to sleep in the truck per night. No load? If you sit for 24 hours it's 8 hours @ 17.41 plus 43 for sleeping in the truck. Sunday's are time and a half no matter what! In the union contract. Holidays are time and a half no matter what. Stay off the NY thru way it's $25 per way. You can still use it if you want.

I'm having a blast should make 65,000$ so whatever that is left of this year I'll make and next year most likely will be a little higher due to a raise every year no matter what!

Oh did I mention I'm vested with a pension at 5 years at 650 peronth can't touch till 65 tho. Other then that can't complain. The automatic truck is nice and actually grew on me!

Anyone instated red in the north east all drivers are making 65-82k per year and top seniority is 3 1/2 years. Lots of guys get that vested pension and move on.

I left J&R Schugel about 2 1/2 weeks ago after being employed there for just over a year and a half, but if you have any questions about the company, feel free to ask.

They called me once again and said their break news was a whopping .2 (two cent) raise for all drivers.

Then I told her about my benefits and she just hung up lol

No I left the company in March of 2015.

I made 40,000 my first year with 10,000 coming off the top in per deim. So on the books it looks like 30,000.

They're a good company I wanted more home time, I wanted to pull tanks, and it just so happened that this QC terminal is union. I'm on track to double my salary from j&r schugel.

They let you take up to 7 days of you do 4 weeks out I iust got tired of doing the 28 days out 7 days home. You can expect to make 7-1200 a week depending on the freight and what they have....and of course your dispatcher.

If rate they company a solid 7.9/10 with politics on dispatcher problems being the only complaint.

Equipment is top notch, and always taken care of.

Anything else let me know. Oh, stay away from lease
