JB HUNT DAC REPORT !!!! BEWARE!!!

I know some are on here working for the Hunt club but if you read this and still decide to work for them it is all on you. This company is in need of a complete overhaul. First things, first the DAC report is where this company will do damage if you leave. I suggest before leaving, get a copy of your report and review it. Then a few weeks after leaving request another copy because for sure JB is going to throw dirt on the report. This is their way of trying to destroy your work history so you can no longer just walk into the industry at another company. Secondly, stay on top of your FM who will intentionally put stuff on your violation report to make it look like you are not a good employee so when you move on to better it will show up on the DAC. Don't look for them to pay detention because it is a practice to give you an excuse as to why it can't be paid and none are valid. They tell you to speak to the FM who are dumb as hell and know less than you, but they pride themselves on lying. Whatever money you don't get goes as a bonus, and their driver bonus is so small you don't even realize you have one. They also have a very disturbed management staff who prides themselves in being complete liars as well and their are several FM who are completely crazy. Beware
