if he cannot tell the truth about his just over 10 MONTHS (from October of 2019 to now) of driving experience, what else is he NOT truthful about?

If you've got over 6 months experience with no DOT reportable accidents or points on your MVR you can just get a much better job elsewhere I'm betting. Might be a good thing they let you go !

Thanks for asking. The "about two years" experience is based on the fact that I quit another job for CR England. I was doing direct store delivery and hated it. Nine months there, about with CRE.

Why'd you hate the direct store delivery? Is that like a local job unloading the product yourself?

No need to be down. A crack in the windshield and burnt out headlight is nothing. You're inexperienced is all.....you cant be down on yourself. You got some suggestions for companies, get on with on of them and simply, do better.

I hauled milk for 15 months and almost got booted by the Head Chief for my 92 hard brakings until I got to the bottom of it happening at the farms while empty.

He wasn’t amused by my getting stung with 2 other Milkers in a newly erected non working construction zone doing 68 in a 55 coming up the end of 31 at midnight.

Safety wasn’t amused by me backing into a reefer at the Kroger dairy in indianapolis during a blizzard .

Reefer came out rather unscathed but I did a number on our nice tanker

Caught a little car hiding under my right fender when going around Chicago after I went over left because of a cop and than crept back right while he hid there and followed me left than right

Got talked to about the hard brakings and got to the bottom of it

The speeding ticket was inexcusable in their book even though I told them I was I was only doing 68 in a 65 the day before in the same zone

68 was still speeding in their eyes. I slowed down to the speed limits , I had the only non governed truck in the fleet and no one knew it not even our shop .

I liked doing 70 where it was lawful .

Catching the little car and poking a hole in the corner of his taillight lense almost made safety jump for joy.

In their eyes a 100 thousand miles going around Chicago Krap happens.

I still had a job up until I quit and could get hired back tomorrow and would go back in a heartbeat.

I know many on here have 15 million miles with no accidents but when your running AG exempt and up all night on your 10 moving and unloading at the dairies eventually exhaustion creates some problems.

Great company to work for though . Had a ball and enjoyed every minute of it.

Find a better company to work for.

    Where do you live ?

I will never understand companies. I believe the only reason companies do not go out west is because their trucks can't keep up with the posted speed limit. Kansas its like 85, Texas 85, ND 85, Prime Inc 58

    It’s all insurance.

My company I worked for was self insured.

Looking at that accident that just happened in Virginia most drivers should be governed at 45 mph.

Scared the hell out of me with drivers blowing by me creeping along at 40 mph in blinding snow or fog or rain .
