Just remember, now you’re a cdl holder, you’re automatically guilty.
No matter what happens, it’s your fault.
You caused it.
No ifs, ands, or buts.
It all lies on your shoulders.
The service you may/may not provide will not be appreciated, and you should’ve been there sooner, or if your on time, just pull out there and wait(for free) and we’ll get to you when we feel like it.
Concorde, silverspur, Another Canadian driver and 3 others Thank this. -

Congratulations on getting your CDL. It's your job to keep your CDL clean. Never enter a weigh station with anything wrong with yur truck. "Warning tickets" don't take money form you but you get points assessed for ever violation listed on any Inspection Report, fine or no fine. Having a good excuse for a violation, a ticket, or accident is not keeping your record clean. Sometime keeping your record clean means not doing what the boss or customer demands. If you are not backing your trucking into a spot every day that you are in a truck you are slacking and delaying the day when you can finally back a truck. There is no prize for backing into a parking spot or dock door form the farthest distance. The fuel pumps are NOT A PARKING PLACE. You could be pulled out of the truck and beaten if you use the fuel pumps for a 30 minute or longer break.
Concorde Thanks this. -
Good job. Remember it's a privilege to hold it.
Take care of it and it may take care of you. -
Thank you everyone and for the advice.
