If you have video evidence of leaving the truck at a company facility, then they certainly can't ding you for abandonment, although they may try it anyway saying you were told to take it elsewhere. But that will be easy to dispute.
According to your story, they may bang you for quitting without notice.Kolorado Thanks this. -
It wont make any difference if you did not give 2 weeks notice. As long as you did not abandon the.equipment or a load there's not much.they can do. The main thing s company looks at is your driving record and criminal history.

Good luck a DHT and best wishes to you. Many companies as we all know are starter companies, and some stay, and some leave. I'd say good luck to the dispatcher as he's got a short time there at weenie. It'll only be a matter of time before he gets fired. So look at it that way, that Karma can be a biotch.

Get the call recorder app. Any time something like this happens, always use it. Notify the person you're talking to this call is being recorded for my protection. Saved my butt numerous times.

Keep us posted on Danny Herman; read some good stuff about them lately. One new driver posted he's making over a grand a week there.

Hey Kolorado, relax. Everyone who is anyone in the industry knows what an A. H. outfit Werner is. I just can't imagine that they will be able to hold you back from getting a job at a decent company!
