K & B transportation

What good would that do??..obviously nothing since k&b has been doing this for yrs...frankly k&b needs to be shut down..

 

K&B is still in business and it doesn’t look like they’ll be shut down anytime soon, because they run hard and 100% legal

 

To be honest that remains to be seen I am certain other carriers thought so too before they filed for Chapter 11, If you can't get your customer's products on-time you will not have many customers because there are more companies who will transport. I have known big customers from swift the account went to Crete because between drivers quitting, trucks in the shop, or flat out not showing up a day later at best for some random reason like shipper holds you up for 6 hours. Anyways they will only take so much from a company before they switch.

 

The fact that they have office staff to monitor their numerous negative google reviews and even threads on here tells me all I need to know to avoid this company. Not to mention the fact that not one office drone has denied the fact that they will harass you, bother you during your break, and coerce you to drive illegal. Hard pass.

Where do you work at?

 

I’m a local flatbed driver. I don’t do OTR anymore. Being home every night and paid by the hour works for me. I used to do OTR but having a family at home doesn’t work with that.

 

How much do you make an hour if you don’t mind me asking?

 

The only way to go, IMHO.....
