It's pretty fair to say this one is out of the Industry permanently. With as much as he took, It's possible the whole federal process of tossing him onto his butt is relatively painless for the time being.

Wait....wait...wait....his OOS fine for being on drugs while driving is $1800, good thing he wasn't texting when he passed out, that would be a $2700 fine...why is driving under the influence of drugs a lower fine than a handheld device fine?
