I passed a Prime driver the other night who was going 58mph. It took awhile for the traffic ahead of me to get around and past him. I finally got my turn and as I go past him I see that he has a tablet attached to his steering wheel and he is watching a movie as he is going down the road.......

They tell you all about the contract? They'll give you OTR or regional. You're choice.

What is the contract for KLLM? I'm sure I'm not the only one interested in it.

Wilson only sold their west coast operations to Ashley Home Furnishings. It's the parts Wilson bought from Market Transport in '19 that they didn't want. The Wilson trucks in OR/WA are now co-branded as Wilson and Ashley. The drivers went from drop and hook to full-bore unloading a 53' trailer full of furniture. Wilson's other operations haven't changed.

I do know I have the choice for OTR. The contract is a year. I believe 6K (maybe lower) and prorated throughout the year.

Wilson is 4k prorated for the year. One of the reasons I went with them, 4k is good for training and I can leave if I am not happy. We were testing out doing 55 and getting 9 miles to the gallon. Also getting passed by everyone :)

Decided to go with KLLM. They have me booked for April 14th (aka my bday eve)! Seems I have some time to prepare. :)
