Good point dude, I have been with knight for 6 years, I dont take no crap from DM I got over 27 years exp and they know they cant pull no #### on me, I have been treated great, not 1 problem, I do my job, get home 14 to 21 days home for 3 dm calls me daily just to chat stand your ground drivers if your not experience its called paying your dues that's the way it is got to take crap for at least 7 years to be called an experienced driver

 

This is the same tactic as your last profile , original not ...likely you are

 

Really you have to take "crap" for SEVEN years and then your ready to work for Knight?

Seriously, it's like your not even trying.

 

So how hard is Knights road test, Were do ya go do they test backing up???

 

Backing test will be done at a Pilot, early AM (0100-0300), between two tricked out O/O Pete's. Knight has a deal with most Pilots that they (Pilot) will cone off a parking spot for the testing. And give the O/O's 50 gal of free fuel if they park next to the coned off space.

 

Drivers.... don't take crap from day one.

 

Actually Indy terminal is the best I think your full of crap, I have been working for Knight for over 7 years, never had a problem on pay or reimbursements saying crap like you say down the road could get bit in the ### for it
