    Lansing Chicago thats where they’re based at worked for 3 weeks and 4 days home, trucks rent is 1,750$ after the four days break, there was a negative balance to pay of course, they however on the second week after home time didn’t pay me anymore and then proceed to say that in order for me to receive all my money i would have to wait 30 days haha, at that point they are looking for way to steal off of your paycheck or not pay you at all

    1099, worked the first three weeks there on the third week you receive the first week’s paycheck, fourth week comes in and i decide to rest since it had been three weeks without seeing family, took a 4 days off rest, when i come out of that i worked for about a month and all I’ve gotten pay is $470 due to paying the negative balance for the 4 days (truck’s rent) “1,800” they say 1,600 but it’s another lie, another thing is that they have also been lying to me about rates.

    Is it a pride thing that drivers keep hiring on to places like these? Like they know their record is garbage but they have too much pride to be seen in a Werner truck? I really want to know, there’s so much of these Chicagoland white Volvo 1099 posts just on this forum and yet the line of bozo’s that keep applying seems to be endless.

    You've been here a long time. You know the reason. Almost every Chicagoland 1099 company thread that ends up in this section (Bad Company) is done by brand new forum members who do their research AFTER making bad decisions. They don't feel the need to research prior to making the commitment.
