Left lane ticket

    Write to the court clerk - ask if you can have it reduced to an equipment fault, and state you are willing to pay any additional court costs.

    Tell them it may jeopardize your employment/insurance/etc.

    It’s worked for me in the past.

    Yes indeed & that one goes in the record books because of that inspection. Did he write it up as a restricted lane violation :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    You make think your in the 2nd lane,but it’s really the left one.

    Just remember if you come to California....trucks are ONLY allowed in the right 2 lanes....I got a $500 ticket by CHP when I transferred from the 105 west to the 710 south....it put me in the 3rd lane and there happened to be an officer traveling south on the 710...I couldn't get over fast enough because of the crazy traffic and 4 wheelers dont let you move
