    Well, will continue to blog as normal. Picked up at midnight in Fort Mill, SC and heading to Theodore, AL. Waiting till midnight so I can recap 11 hours. Have a preplan after that going back to Jax. For now, I twiddle my thumbs awaiting that 70 hr clock to catch up.

    Thanks guys, brings back recollections of being told these fine excuses along with many others about why I didn't get a holiday, holiday pay, a day off , a raise, a phone call, an invite to the co. party..........

    Can anyone tell me about dedicated spots they have? I've been asking, but they are telling me nothing open in my area.

    That's the usual "bait-n-switch" scam Arnold recruiters are being tasked to use to get bodies into orientation. I've seem the list of cities they CLAIM are open for dedicated, but when you call.....no luck. A few months ago, they had promised a bunch of new drivers coming in for orientation that they would be assigned to "Texas Tour", but during orientation, they were told: "Gee, sorry. Only SW regional is open."
    Please read all the Arnold posts on here for some very honest and specific details regarding what to expect at Arnold...

    About the only dedicated account you would be able to get in to is the account of being 110% dedicated to Arnold and the rest is for you.

    Had a long talk with office personnel this morning face to face. I asked questions on why certain things happen and can say I'm confident that the answers were honest. Liars tend to hesitate at looking you in the eye, but I'm pleased to say that's not the case here.. no question went unanswered and very thoroughly explained. All my issues were promptly addressed and fixed. I'll continue my adventures hoping and working for the best outcome.

    Delivered my load yesterday in Jax, caught a short haul down to Tampa, drop & hooked at the shipper and receiver. Once I dropped I headed home. Off till Sunday, have a preplan lined up to Atlanta and another after that to Orlando. Keeps me busy till Tuesday.

    Will update on sunday.
