I've been to 17 Walmart distribution centers, and not once did I have any difficulty discerning which entrance was for employees, and which entrance was for trucks. They're normally labeled properly. Heed MysticHZ's advice and look at the satellite view before you go to any unfamiliar customer. It's saved my bacon countless times.

Here's the DC that services the Charlotte metro where I live. You can see the truck entrance in the bottom right corner.
