I've had two loads that showed less than the agreed upon revenue. I called the agents both times and was told that the"missing" part of the revenue would show up on the settlement as a rate adjustment cause they couldn't get the customer to pay more so the money was coming out of their pocket and that's the way it had to be put in the system.

This sucker just made over 2 grand after fuel on a short little run of 440 miles. Legal light weight load. Unfortunately i had to get a 4 ft tarp on it.

I think the only drivers not going through the same issue as the OP are those that dispatch themselves all the time. I use my coordinator on loads he calls me about. Other than that, I look at the board and if it says yes in the CBD field, I call the agent directly.
