I've had two loads that showed less than the agreed upon revenue. I called the agents both times and was told that the"missing" part of the revenue would show up on the settlement as a rate adjustment cause they couldn't get the customer to pay more so the money was coming out of their pocket and that's the way it had to be put in the system.

I've had that happen too, a little under a $100 if I remember right.

I'm gonna guess the agreed upon revenue was by phone and not the rate posted on the board. Anytime an agent gives part of their cut it won't be reflected on the rate shown on the board or app. It will show up as a separate line charge on the settlement.

This sucker just made over 2 grand after fuel on a short little run of 440 miles. Legal light weight load. Unfortunately i had to get a 4 ft tarp on it.

Don't give him too much grief. He's probably one of Western Express's top drivers. Everyone knows they pay the best. Just read their recruitment ads.

I think the only drivers not going through the same issue as the OP are those that dispatch themselves all the time. I use my coordinator on loads he calls me about. Other than that, I look at the board and if it says yes in the CBD field, I call the agent directly.
