Mistakes will happen. If I were your employer and you had this happen, as long as you learned from it, we could move forward.

I see balsa wood. I see no air bags. (There are righteous bags that you can put onto a van load it WILL NOT MOVE.)

Having no seal in a dropped trailer before you got to it? TSK TSK TSK.

That's a flatbed covered wagon load. WTF is it doing in a van.

    and so on so forth.

Driver, I feel for you and will pray for you. I hope you did not get canned for this. Whoever loaded that trailer did not do it right. I don't think your strap solution helped.

Im not your enemy or a bully. Im just me. And it's really hard being me without a good woman to keep me in line some days.

Ouch. I don't know how heavy those fan units are, but the crates look cheap and flimsy. And they double stacked them. And they failed to use airbags to keep them from shifting. Straps can only do so much. You might have done a little better than that with straps, but I can't say for sure because I don't know what the load looked like when you strapped it.

    This, too, shall pass.
Well, from my perspective, they shouldn't have been double stacked, with that flimsy excuse for wood.

    48Packard and special-k Thank this.

You do realize that an unsecured load is illegal, right?

That much should be clear to all of us, the point I believe @STexan is trying to make is accountability.
