They do help. Can't beat the sweet sweet sweet rumbling sound... raaatatatatata. Our company line trucks all have jake brakes, but our switches don't activate them. We have a special foot pedal to the left of our clutch. Small metallic switch (similar to an effects pedal for guitar players). It is freaken awesome!

I have a 08 ram 1500 5.7 hemi. The gf has a 2010 mustang GT. my other toy is a 67 firebird which is going to be built into a street car. My next project is going to be a full size bronco with a 12V cummins in it. The 12V cummins in my opinion is the best of the cummins engines, all mechanical and easy to fix/ and add power too.

Had a 57 Chevy pickup but ended up selling to my dad as he really wanted it... At least it's still in the family,

soon I'll be starting a local daytime gig so I'll have time to do all this, I run Linehaul at night now and work 70 hours a week and have no life or time to do anything

Hi, I'm new on here... And just came back home after being OTR for the past yr, I was working for swift then went to Panther expedite what a big mistake that was, lol.... Both jobs made me more broke then I started so I just decided togo back home and seek local work... Someone tipped me off togo to the local teamsters union if I was to get a better job and make better money ,at least enough to not have to live in a truck anymore and have a real home.. I had to get my OSHA certificate and now im waiting to hear something about a job,I'm also looking online for union jobs that might be available as well... I'm writing with the hopes as a fairly new driver of 1yr to give me a heads up on any union jobs that might be available out there near the Clifton pk area... Thanks for reading
