Sounds like your typical mega. You shouldn't be surprised by this. All (or at least a majority) of the mega's will give you the same run around. Go with a local or small carrier and save yourself the headache.

I almost really have to agree with @207nomad. It's just the beginning of the hoops you'll have to jump through just to go live in a truck with another giant mega carrier. Be careful with your decision.

Hazmat environmental will take u on

First off... You paid too much for your CDL then got roped into a POS company. But you probably didn't know any better. You made the right choice of leaving.
Local isn't all that what it is all cracked out to be. LTL P&D is 10-14 hours a day of torturing your body, constantly fighting the clock, and when you get home for your 10, you are too physically and mentally exhausted to do anything else.
If you really want to do it, go sign up. Your odds of getting a local job aren't that bad despite your limited experience. Your best shot is to sign on as a dock/driver combo. Best of luck.G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
I just talked with someone from us xpress about a northeast regional position and they was going to set me up to go to orientation in that one phone call I told them I will think it over while I keep talking to crst and Schneider trying to join Schneider intermodal
G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
OK I'm wondering if I should just accept that job with us xpress because I have been trying over a week to let Schneider know I'm not under the crst contract anymore unless there is another regional position someone can think of
