    The 14 hour limit only applies to Driving.. The 30 minute break only applies to Driving. The 11 hour limit only applies to Driving. The 60/70 hour limit only applies to Driving.

    Any CDL holder may legally log On Duty beyond any of those above clocks so long as they do not drive until the necessary legal rest break is satisfied.
