I currently own a 2009 prostar skyrise sleeper and I'm thinking about buying a Mack.
I'm not sure if I can afford a new Anthem maybe a 2016-2018.
Any susjestions what to look for or stay away from. I would need a double bunk.
Thanks

Just in case you don't know. Volvo own Mack and it's Volvo engine painted red. Maybe they have Cummins engine as option. The Mack engine and automatic transmission are all Volvo.

I’m not sure how useful this reply will be, but I drove a 2014 Mack Pinnacle with the M-Drive auto. I know it’s basically all Volvo or whatever, but I have never driven and don’t know anything about Volvo. but I gotta say It was definitely the smoothest, quietest truck I ever drove. I’m no fan of auto transmissions, but if I had to have one I would take that Mack M Drive any day over any of that Eaton or Detroit DT whatever crap. As far as reliability I can’t really say anything because I only drove that truck for about six months, and that one was emissions deleted.
