350 after taxes? Ouch. With a felony and a couple accidents on you, you aren't going to get a peachy job, but you should be able to get better than that. I have heard recently that Western Express has started to improve the quality of their fleet, but they are still a second-chance company. I would look into them, and be very clear about your legal and accident record.Awol Thanks this.

If you really want to make money with your experience and previous record the oil fields will be your best bet.
For what its worth. My gross last week was just a tick under 2600. What you stated you made last week is what I bring home in a day. It ain't easy. It means 84 hours a week working 5 on 1 off but you can make fantastic money down here. Just make sure you save for the lean times. Its booming right now. But it will go bust again some day.BigDog Trucker, Awol and Farmerbob1 Thank this. -
Heres an old thread that explains practical miles

Stick around. This is a great place for gathering information.
Your post was deleted because the person you were responding to was violating TTR rules by recruiting in the open forum. It wasn't anything that you did wrong.
You'll get some good leads and some good advice here. You can also post in this ...Seek EmploymentJust passing by, Awol, 88 Alpha and 1 other person Thank this.
