F49E31B1-E110-4A44-B8BB-12E817D4D2D6.png You might want to check out Magnum Logistics based out of Fargo.

They do a performance based pay system using your trucks mpg, monthly miles driven, safety, service and any violations. I’ve been with the company for a year and a half now. I started out at 38cpm then after the first evaluation period (4 months) I was making 48cpm. Now I’m at 50cpm with and added monthly bonus of 3cpm. I’ve been averaging 2700-2800 miles weekly. We get paid every two weeks. Above are my last several net paychecks. My deductions include health, dental and vision insurance, 401k and taxes.

We don’t drive in California, Arizona, Nevada, North of Pennsylvania and might have a load into Florida once a year. Home time is easy to come by and driver stay out anywhere from 2 weeks to however long they want. We drive Peterbilt 579 autos now with speed limited to 64mph. We have APUs, inverters, and double bunks on our new trucks. I’ve put a dorm fridge, toaster oven and microwave on board without issues.

This has been a great company to work for. The culture, pay, equipment and miles are tops. They do allow pets and passengers.

Check them out if want to work for a family owned quality medium sized carrier.

We ended up going with Crete Carriers out of Lincoln NE and have been very happy. My husband started out at .52cpm then a month later they gave everyone raises which bumped him up to .54cpm. That's for anyone with 6yrs or more. Miles have been averaging between 2700-2900 although we've seen several weeks of over 3000 miles. Wish we would have found them sooner

Awesome! Seems as nussbaum beefed up the pay they're offering a $1,600 guranteed minimum on a dedicated account hauling GE appliances so I'm strongly considering

Does Nussbaum still have a dedicated with GE and does it include the South Carolina plant in Kershaw County?
