Looking For A Refrigerated Trucking Co. that hires out of Las Vegas NV

I'm currently with a mega company in their OTR refrigerated division and run all 48 states. I'm looking to make a change at the beginning of the new year. I'm looking for a small to mid size OTR company . Between 100-450 trucks & reefer trailers and has Co. drivers & O/O. that hires drivers from Las Vegas NV area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I looked into James H Clark at one time. They're out of Salt Lake City UT. Very nice dark blue & gold Pete's & KWs with annoying backup beepers on their trucks. If I'm correct they don't have any Owner/Operators. All Co. drivers. I see all them all the time running up and down I-15 and deliver at some of the Walmart DCs that I deliver to.

 

10 years driving, 1 year reefer. Are you a recruiter or a fleet owner?

 

Yes, Western I do see their shiny and fully chromed Petes & KW 900 running I 70, and 15. I also see them in central California picking up produce at some of the same process plants that I pickup at.

LW Miller see them to I will have look into them as well.

I can't really say. Because there are DMs (Driver Managers) and company recruiters trollin this website looking for negative information being said about the company by its own drivers. All I can say it's one of the big 3. Mega carriers.
