USX already has this. They will have you fill out a form asking basic questions smoker non smoker common interests, home time needs ect then they will find a few people who fit what your looking for.
They will set up a phone conference and route you to a terminal for meet and greet. -

You might find someone at orientation. Thats what I did. Although we were polar opposites, we drove together for a year. You dont really see much of em as they are sleeping while you are awake, mostly.
