I used to like Carolina's but they quit making the boot I liked and held up from 3 yr everyday use. 10in tall waterproof all the way up to the top of the laces with Gore-tex, 600g thinsulate vibram sole slip/electrical hazard. If you can find new old stock I highly recommend them. Just don't waste your money on their new boots, quality went down big time

Lasted a year of food service going up and down the ramp a hundred times a day and 2 years in the muddy oilfields. My dads lasted the same amount of time as mine. I bought red wing pull on and he bought a new pair of Carolina's and he's close to needing a pair

thank you all for support! Ended up buying some KEEN's, like sneakers but with steel toe, electric, slip resistant, weatherproof, all around comfortable & lightweight...

I've got Timberline
. lightweight, comfortable, inexpensive.
Last paid lasted me 3 years of wearing them 50+hrs a week

I tend to wear moccasins while driving so a slip on work boot is essential. I wear Blundstones. Excellent quality and comfort in a safety boot
Boot is also available with a welder toe
