Looking for good reefer dispatch o/o

Looking to switch to a reefer. Located in eastern nebraska west iowa. i have researched all kinds of stuff but havent found anything worth a ####. i have all authority and everything i need short of a trailer and a dispatch. I just dont know where to start with this deal. I have a few friends that run out west out of kansas city. looking for more of a dedicated kinda running to same areas all the time sort of deal.
