Ya the only thing I've ever lost in a merger was a pension but i had a long time to go before i would've gotten that anyway

 

We did however get screwed on our class action against that company because of the merger three court ruled the new company couldn't be held responsible for the business practices of the old company

 

I really want to know how tight that tinfoil hat is. I am just worried that blood flow is slowing down to the head..
When knight finally takes over it's going to take a year to 1 1/2 years to fully implement how knight wants it to run things.

 

Saw a video whete mr knight said that swift and knight will run as seperate companies. Swift uses their own trucks, trailers, terminals, and shops. Knigjt will do the same. He sajd there will be no sharing. We will see

 

Thats what they said about central lasted 6 months

 

The whole thing is confusing as well it appears as though knight is the controlling party but if you look at it from a Stock perspective even after the reverse split current swift shareholders will own 54% of the new company so we are the controlling party

 

Look at the makeup of the Board, Knight is the controlling party. At the end of the day most stockholders don't vote, they let the Board use their vote under proxy rules.

 

But we don't know what percentage each our the board members owns the only one i do know is Jerry at 24% of the new company so hopefully our stuff stays the same and knights rules change to mirror ours
