No external leak and lots of soot in the hot pipe.
Mild bubbles in the water bottle test.
The video says to help narrow it down even further I can unplug the turbo to see if the bubbles stop.
Has anyone done this on a frieght liner cascadia?

    Rideandrepair Thanks this.

I’m figuring dd15, maybe Dd13, usual problems in video.

Losing coolant and bubbles in the coolant reservoir...my guess would be cracked EGR cooler if you have heavy soot in the hot side charge pipe from the turbo to the intercooler.

If it were a head or head gasket problem you’d have lots of pressure. Lots and Lots.
