Lost controller power, 2017 refer trailer w/ thermo king unit

    hi, i am an owneroperator from ohio.. i have a 2017 refer trailer with thermo king unit on it.. i was at shipper for load and running -10 At the mean time my reffer turned off and when i tried to turn back on it says lost controller power and it goes off again.. does anybody have this problem before.. and know any remedy to fix it.. any suggestions would help.. thankyou Mike

    All I can suggest is go through all the electrical harnesses you can get to and insure everything is connected well (not loose)

    Maybe put a jumper cable to it off another truck and see if this changes the result. Not sure if a component is reporting it's not getting power, or if an interrogation of the available voltage is reporting too little (bad battery)

    But there's a lot of boards in those systems that could have gone bad. Should be an error code associated with this to isolate the board reporting the error. TK helpline could probably work with this.
