So - the air pressure is fine, but the buzzer stays on. If you can't stand the racket, take the dash panel off ( key off, and careful not to sparky spark - or disconnect batteries) , and pull the orange 3-wire plug.

Low pressure switches are on the floor, behind the pedals. Two covers, about 10 screws. DRAIN YOUR AIR TANKS. Adjustable wrench or channel locks to remove the switch, 2 screws hold the two wires. Clean off area with toothbrush and rag to prevent any crud falling in manifold.

I didn't see the one on the right at first - but guessed lucky. So I went back in to Peterbilt and bought the other one for a spare.($14).

Replaced the buzzer plug, aired up and tested.

Charged myself $289.75, and a case of brake cleaner.

Hope this helps - Google led me back to TTR, but I didn't find my problem specifically.

Keep another one in your toolbox. I've replaced a few on my truck over the years. Just changed one for the daytime running lights on monday. No buzzer just a huge air leak under the dash.

I bought a new fan clutch solenoid for mine. $71. All I had to do was threaten the truck that I was going to install it myself, and the old one has worked flawlessly since. New one still in the bag in the glove box.

So I know this is an old thread but I have a 377 peterbilt that the air buzzard likes to come on when the truck is turned off and I guess when the air leaks down.

it didn't always do this it just started and sometimes it'll go off on its own after sitting a day or two or it'll just decide not to do it any ideas.

@blairandgretchen when you said you charged yourself for labor. Is this a legal tax deductible thing to do? Ive heard a little talk on this over the years. But if so, I’ve cheated myself from a MANY tax deductions :D !!
