I'll give it 6 months. The next big driver recruitment incentive will be companies saying
"We don't have cameras"

 

If they finally turn on the in-dash cam setup so I can see it when making turns, awesome.

If it's just there for the lawyers, meh.

Liked the reasoning on not having driver facing, think that's why the old ones went out the door.

 

Sitting in orientation brief right now... there is a new pay scale on the portal! I didn't know...

 

... word is we should have our own parking in Chicago for 5-6 trucks within 5-6 months... possibly more in the future... possibly even a terminal...

 

Also with the cameras being installed... they may start giving safety bonuses like .02 cents per mile for not having triggers... in addition to your already calculated pay.

 

Funny... I've learned more about our company business in here in the last 5 minutes than I've heard from management all year!
