I've always said some people drive like maniacs......I hope they don't think I was referring to them as a trailer brand I had never heard of!!!☺️

Edit to add.... I see it was fixed from MANIAC to the correct Manac...... :)

The leader of one of the crews that loads/secures our preloaded trailers calls them Maniac trailers.

We have a number of double drop Maniac trailers hauling glass. I haven't had any issues as far as air or electrical...but I have only been here a couple months

Ours were 48 foot steps with a sliding front axle, don't know if it was the moving axle that made us have the air problems. The OD lights caused most of the electrical problems with the one I had, but the flex in the thing was extreme regardless

I don't know about the Manac combo but I pull a 2017 all aluminum and I am actually impressed. I've had 50-60k lbs on it a handful of times over last few months and it handled it very well. It's just about the lightest trailer I've ever pulled. With all straps, tarps, dunage, it tares at just over 11k. The only issues I've had are these. One time the spread lift and brake lock valve froze solid... within a few months of purchase, and the other issue I've had it a bad ground on my running lights... both fixed, both solved. Anyway just my .02
